CORONA VIRUS IN INDIA : Story of 30 days of lockdown in India
The first case of coronavirus pandemic in India was reported on 30th January 2020 in Kerala when student returned from Wuhan,China .Number of case in India just stayed to 5 till 30th day of the first reported case. It was at the beginning of March 2020 when number of covid-19 patients strated increasing and within 15 days this number crossed100. This was a time when everyone India knew about this pandemic and everyone started making their own assumptions .No one knew what steps government will take ,because it was declared an epidemic for the whole world. Indian prime minister Narendra Modi addressed the country on 19th March 2020 giving some hints of what could be done in near future. At the instance of Prime Minister Modi India observed 14 hour voluntary public curfew on 22nd March 2020 .At this time many states in India had declared lockdown.
