COVID-19 रोगियों की पहचान की सार्वजनिक नहीं किया जाता है , क्यों? IDENTITY OF COVID-19 PATIENTS SHOULDN'T BE PUBLIC, WHY?
Our government has barred everyone from revealing the identity of any coronavirus infected person. Many person just wonder... why? what is the need ?Many just say if they know about the patients it should be easy for them to keep distance.
But today we shall know the facts.
1.There is guideline for media no media can interview any infected patient.
2.The reason behind it is to protect the patient and his family from facing any hardship or any social boycott like situation.
3. If anyone reveals identity of patients , shall be liable of appropriate penal action. This kind of action is punishable under Section 188 of IPC (45 of 1860) as per section 3 of the Epidemic Disease Act 1897. As per the norms, violation of the Section 188 of IPC makes person fit for jail term ranging from one month to six months.
So we should take care of these things before forwarding any such messages.

2। इसके पीछे का कारण रोगी और उसके परिवार को किसी भी कठिनाई या किसी सामाजिक बहिष्कार जैसी स्थिति का सामना करने से बचाना है।
३ । यदि किसी को रोगियों की पहचान का पता चलता है, तो वह उचित दंडात्मक कार्रवाई के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा। महामारी रोग अधिनियम 1897 की धारा 3 के अनुसार आईपीसी की धारा 188 (1860 का 45) के तहत इस तरह की कार्रवाई दंडनीय है । मानदंडों के अनुसार, आईपीसी की धारा 188 का उल्लंघन व्यक्ति को एक महीने से जेल की अवधि के लिए फिट बनाता है। छह महीने।
